How far in advance should I book my treatment?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot, especially for weekend appointments. However, we do accept same-day bookings subject to availability. Peak times such as evenings and weekends tend to fill up quickly, so earlier booking ensures you get your ideal appointment time.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit begins with a comprehensive wellness consultation where we discuss your health history, preferences and treatment goals. You'll then be shown to our relaxation lounge before your treatment. We'll explain each step of your chosen treatment and ensure you're completely comfortable throughout the experience.
Do you accommodate special dietary requirements or allergies?
Absolutely. We take all allergies and sensitivities very seriously. Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions when booking. We use hypoallergenic products when needed and can customise treatments to ensure your complete safety and comfort.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full treatment fee. We understand that emergencies occur and will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
Are gift vouchers available for treatments?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers for all our treatments and packages. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date and make perfect gifts for birthdays, anniversaries or special occasions. You can purchase vouchers online or in person at our spa reception.
